Day 32 of 61: "No!"

Hello again. Yipee! Yay! Whoo hoo! One month down, and one to go. Oh yeah! Tell your mama...... and your papa! Somehow I've managed to keep clothes upon my back.

This is my conversation with my boyfriend tonight: (I'm on the Internet, and he's sitting on the couch)

Me: "Babe, did you know I have a discount card to Bakers for 20% off?"
Him: silence
Me: "Hubby, did you know I found shoes under $100?"
Him: silence
Me: "Babe, I found fives shoes for under $100 each, and $5 shipping."
Him: silence
Me: "Huuuubbbbyy! you said earlier in the week that you would buy me boots."
Him: "NO!"
Me: "Babe, you said! And I would use my discount card. You said!"
Him: "NO!"
Me: "It's such a great deal. PLEASE! You said you would!"
Him: "NO!"
Me: "Okay, hubby, how about two pairs for a little over $100?"
Him: "NO!"
Me: "You said, and it's such a great deal?"
Him "NO!"
Me: "You don't loooove me!"
Him: "NO!"
Me: "Then I'm ordering them and you are going to have to pay me!"
Him: "NO!"

I think I'm going to stick his "NO!" where the sun don't shine. Punk husband. Punk husband with a vocabulary deficiency. Note to self: invest in classes for husband. I feel bad now, poor man....he's embarrassed, I mean, unable to express his true feelings, due to his vocabulary handicap. Awwwww. It's so sad. So..... now that I understand, and I totally feel compassionate towards his slow motor skills. I think, and I'm pretty sure you would agree, he really means "YES!"
